OTC Demonstration - Jamaica Day 2007
On the 29th September 2007 Outreach Taekwondo Consultancy was invited to Brent Town Hall in Wembley to participate in the Annual Jamaica Day event. Jamaica Day is an opportunity for Jamaican Nationals to get together and showcase their heritage and culture by opening the doors of Brent Town hall to everyone who would like to come and see what Jamaica is really all about.It was a great honour for ‘OTC’ to be invited to Jamaica Day and a great opportunity for our students to show off what they have learnt over the last 9 months. Not only did they put on a great demonstration of their abilities but several of the students also dressed in their full protective equipment and spared on stage in front of over two hundred people. At the end of the demonstration the team got a huge round of applause for their demonstration and fighting skills.
